Refund policy

Short version: if you want your money back, you get it. You do not need a reason and I will not ask for one.

Before 1 September 2026

The course has not been delivered yet. Email support@thefearlesssoapmaker.com at any point before 1 September 2026 and your $27 is refunded in full.

If the course is not delivered on 1 September 2026

Every pre-order is refunded in full, automatically. You do not have to ask, chase, or prove anything. If the date moves, you are told before it moves and refunded if you would rather not wait.

After delivery

You have 30 days from 1 September 2026. Watch the whole thing, make a batch, and if it was not worth it, email the address above and your $27 comes back.

How refunds are processed

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. They are issued within 3 business days of your email and typically appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days after that, depending on your bank.

What is not covered

Nothing is excluded. There is no minimum viewing requirement, no form to fill in, and no retention offer. If you ask, it is refunded.
